Various Updates

Well, the band has two shows under its belt now, and on the lookout for more!

I'm not updating this site very much at the moment as myspace is all the rage at the moment. Someday perhaps we can hire a real web-designer to make this palce look frickin' awesome, but until then . . .

Great First Show!

We had our first show on thursday, and aside from forgetting to bring Shaun's equipment with us, it went off without any major hitches. The crowed seemed to enjoy our tunes (of course they were mostly our crowd to begin with), and we all had a blast!

We may have another show on July 14, schedules-willing.

Also - adding a few pictures of June 28th, and there should be more to come!

Music Updates

Four new songs have been added to the Music page, along with a brand new recording of 15 Minutes of Glory and an updated recording of Famous. In addition, new, higher quality rips were uploaded of all the songs, which should make a noticeable difference to the sound quality of the files. Enjoy!

Two Shows at the end of June

The Black Orchid Rebellion will be playing June 28th, at Logan's Pub, and potentially June 30th, at an as-yet undisclosed location, both opening for the band Ceremony. Check the shows page for more details!

The Hunt for new Member is on!

The Black Orchid Rebellion is currently auditioning potential new members in an effort to expand our sound and take some of the pressure off of Spencer. We have been looking at guitar players / synth players, however we are also interested in finding a new lead vocalist so that Spencer can concentrate on guitar and take it easy on his voice.

The hunt goes on!

May 12 Show Cancelled

Stupid record labels! Apparently we're selling too many millions of records and there isn't a giant stadium large enough to handle our amazing stardom! Frick!

Let the Games Begin!

After an exhaustive search, we've finally secured a jam spot to call our own, and are in the process of kicking the crap out of our songs in preparation for.. well I dunno exactly.. recording, gigging, you know the deal. Point is, we're on the way!
