Stupid record labels! Apparently we're selling too many millions of records and there isn't a giant stadium large enough to handle our amazing stardom! Frick!

About the Band
First conceived by Spencer Lillo (Lead Vox / Guitar / etc) while he was living in Red Deer, Alberta. Spencer later moved to Victoria BC, joining forces with Ryan Stringer (Bass / Backing Vox), and Stephen Hawkes (Drums / Backing Vox), to form The Black Orchid Rebellion.
B.O.R. recently hooked up with guitarist / vocalist / keyboarder Shaun Thackeray and had their public debut on June 28th.
B.O.R.'s style is a heavily guitar-laden mish-mash of post-modern grunge and hard/progressive rock, tempered with melodic piano riffs and haunting string sections, with influences such as Nirvana, Skillet, Muse, Radiohead, and The Beatles.
Isn't it time YOU joined the rebellion..?
